Parents Education & Support Group - Hudson

Share support and encouragement with others who are experiences similar joys and concerns of parenting. This ongoing drop-in group meets in a relaxed environment twice a month. Topics rotate from general facilitated support discussions to more formal educational lessons with guest speakers. The group's goal is to help families transition into life with baby through support, education and connections to others.

Cost: Free
Time: 10-11:30 a.m., 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month

February 5: Heather Prigge, RN, CLC, St. Croix Public Health, "Answer Breastfeeding Questions and other Infant Questions, Scale Available, Infants Weights Can Be Checked”

February 19: Katy Ellefson, RD, LD, CD, Community Health Specialist & Outpatient Dietitian

“The attitudes we teach our children about food and eating starts at birth. In this talk, you’ll get information that can help avoid frustrating feeding experiences – including fussy eaters – from the start. Parents, grandparents, childcare providers, and anyone involved with feeding children ages 0 to 5 will benefit from this talk”
