Parent Support Group for Infants and Toddlers Program Description:

The group is designed to offer a nurturing space that fosters mutual support for parents to explore the unique experiences of parenting toddlers and preschoolers.  Parenting knowledge and skills are learned and strengthened by the kinds of help and assistance provided by social support networks.  The goals of the group would be to provide parents with knowledge and tools to address the emotional and developmental needs of children while building strong families.

Share support and encouragement with others who are experiencing similar joys and concerns of parenting. This ongoing drop-in group meets in a relaxed environment every other month. Topics rotate from general facilitated support discussions to more formal educational lessons with guest speakers. The group's goal is to help families transition into life with toddlers and preschoolers through support, education and connections to others.
