Life Steps to Weight Loss and Better Health is a year-long, in-depth lifestyle change program to improve your overall health and well-being.

It can help to:

  • Decrease your risk of developing type 2 diabetes, heart disease, or other chronic disease, through gradual weight loss* and increased activity.
  • For those participants who already have diabetes, heart disease or another chronic disease, help you to make the necessary lifestyle changes needed to better control the chronic disease.

You’ll get the support of a registered dietitian, a small group of peers, and tools that will help you develop achievable, realistic, and long-term lifestyle changes. You’ll learn strategies to break unhealthy habits, eat well, be physically activity, and improve problem-solving and coping skills.

Special offer!  We’re currently offering the $300 Life Steps course for a reduced rate of $200 for anyone who signs up to start the course in October 2018 (sessions start Oct. 17 – Stillwater and Oct. 25 – New Richmond).

Free session on October 10 at Lakeview Hospital. To register, add to cart and select "Pay at the door."
